C.A.R.E. is a non-profit, all volunteer and foster-based animal rescue located in Columbus, Indiana working to promote animal welfare through community awareness, education and responsible pet adoptions. We promote spaying and neutering as the way to relieve the number of animals entering our local shelters.. We work with local shelters to help with overpopulation and to increase the number of adoptions.

Boss is a sweet, amazing guy who was abandoned  by his owner. He is always smiling and happy to meet new people. He gets along with everyone. At time of adoption he will be altered, microchipped, up tondate on vaccines  and prevenatives. Boss is in an overcrowded  partner  shelter.
