Let me smell you! All payments are by credit card. Adopters schedule their own surgeries directly with any vet of their choosing with a surgery cost reimbursement of up to $75 (plus refund of the $150 deposit) when proof of surgery is received by CARE. Surgery is required to be done within 6 months of adoption (unless they have a vet recommending otherwise).
