C.A.R.E. is a non-profit, all volunteer and foster-based animal rescue located in Columbus, Indiana working to promote animal welfare through community awareness, education and responsible pet adoptions. We promote spaying and neutering as the way to relieve the number of animals entering our local shelters.. We work with local shelters to help with overpopulation and to increase the number of adoptions.

Charlie is a playful, energetic, and fun loving dog that equally loves his couch cuddles and snuggles. He is looking for a forever family who can grant him the time he so much deserves. He lives to play with other dogs and his humans, too. Charlie is doing very well with both his potty training and crate training! He still struggles to hold it for an entire day, but knows that that will get better as he gets a little older! ◡̈
