C.A.R.E. is a non-profit, all volunteer and foster-based animal rescue located in Columbus, Indiana working to promote animal welfare through community awareness, education and responsible pet adoptions. We promote spaying and neutering as the way to relieve the number of animals entering our local shelters.. We work with local shelters to help with overpopulation and to increase the number of adoptions.

While she may be a bit shy at first, all she needs is a little patience and understanding to come out of her shell and show her true personality. Pebbles is dog-friendly and incredibly sweet.
