Meet Stormy

We are a foster home based rescue. Please fill out the online adoption application by clicking on Adoption Info under the Navigation bar on the left side of the page. Fill out the online form by clicking on the picture of the computer screen with our logo on it. This is Stormy. She has so much love to give she is just timid when she meets people. She gets so excited when she gets attention from her foster mom. She is learning all the house rules and must have a fenced yard. Stormy is a recent breeder release girl starting her journey to learn to live life as a house pet. Stormy is about 7 years old and weighs about 10 pounds. Her adoption fee is $350 plus tax of $15.75 for a total of $365.75. 

Adoption Process
Usually we are contacted by a SD shelter about a dachshund that is not doing well (nipping etc.) and that they are going to be put down. We take them in get them vetted and then place them up for adoption after they have been evaluated. We also take calls from folks who have called their local shelter about there dachshund that may have started nipping at small children etc and are told the dog would be put down. We also take calls from other rescues about breeder dogs.
