Meet Sherlock Bones

Sherlock Bones is a 13 lb terrier mix born in May 2024. He had a rough start to life, so he will need a patient family to teach him that he will always have food, that people are safe, and that he is loved. Sherlock has short little legs and a lot of energy, so while he may not be the best running partner, he does enjoy a good walk. Sherlock can be somewhat short-tempered with male dogs, so female dogs are preferred. The suggested adoption fee for Sherlock Bones is $385.  Bullies-N-Beyond ResQ Inc. is a 501(c)3, non-profit corporation that is 100% volunteer operated. Adoption donation fees are the primary source of funding for the cost of veterinary care for our animals. All dogs adopted through BNBR will have been administered their age appropriate vaccines which may include DHPP, Rabies, Lepto and Bordetella. All dogs will also be adopted out as already altered if of age, for those not of age, a voucher will be provided. The adoptions for all of our animals will take place in the Omaha, NE area and must be done by the adoptive family in person. We do not ship or deliver. BNBR does not adopt on a first serve basis. All available dogs are adopted based on their needs to provide the best fit home.

Adoption Process
We have an adoption Application that we screen and check our local do not adopt list. We then do a vet check and two personal reference checks followed by a home visit and a meet and greet with the resident pets and children
