Meet Nevaeh! Nevaeh is a 2 year old shepherd mix with a big heart and plenty of love to give. Weighing in at 36 pounds, this sweet girl is the perfect balance of affectionate and playful. She greets everyone with a wagging tail and a toy proudly held in her mouth, ready for fun! Her medium energy level makes for an excellent companion for daily activities. She loves her twice-a-day walks and enjoys playtime with her toys, whether she's tossing them up for herself or engaging with her humans. After a good play session, she's happy to lounge beside you on the couch or one of her cozy beds. House-trained and eager to please, Nevaeh has already mastered sit, down, and shake, and is ready to continue learning. If you're looking for a loyal, fun-loving companion who enjoys both activity and relaxation, Nevaeh might be the perfect fit. Nevaeh is dog selective, so she would do well as the only dog in the home or with careful introductions to potential doggie siblings. Nevaeh's adoption fee is $250 and includes her spay, microchip, current vaccines and monthly preventatives plus a free basic training class at Cedar Run Company in Hiawatha. If you would like to meet Nevaeh, please submit an adoption application on our website (adopthope.org). Our adoption process includes a vet history check and a home visit, we do require that adopters have a history of having kept all animals as indoor pets only, altered and kept current on vaccines and preventatives.
Adoption Process
Prior to adoption, all of our dogs have been tested for heartworm, current on vaccinations, micro-chipped, and spayed or neutered, if age appropriate. Our adoption process includes reference and background checks, a vet check and home visit.
The adoption fee for dogs and puppies varies.
Prior to adoption, our cats have been tested for feline leukemia, current on vaccinations, micro-chipped, and spayed or neutered, if age appropriate. If at the time of adoption, the kitten is too young to be spayed or neutered, an agreed upon time frame will be set for when this procedure is to be done. Spaying or neutering is not an optional procedure, it is required of all animals we rescue.
The adoption fee for cats and kittens varies.
