Meet Fish

Sisters Fish and Chips had a RUFF start before coming into rescue! Estimated to be around 5-6 months old now, they are healthy and happy young pups ready to find their own families! Fish, who is white with dark brindle markings, is confident and curious! She loves people and seems to also enjoy the company of other dogs. She has met young cats and didn’t seem overly interested in them either. Included in the adoption fee for Fish is a free basic training course at Cedar Run Company in Hiawatha. She has already started working on basic cues like sit, down and touch and she’s a very eager pupil so will definitely enjoy learning with her new family!   The adoption fee for Fish is $300 it includes her spay, microchip, current vaccinations, and preventatives plus a free basic training course. Our adoption process includes a vet history check and a home visit.

Adoption Process
Prior to adoption, all of our dogs have been tested for heartworm, current on vaccinations, micro-chipped, and spayed or neutered, if age appropriate. Our adoption process includes reference and background checks, a vet check and home visit. The adoption fee for dogs and puppies varies. Prior to adoption, our cats have been tested for feline leukemia, current on vaccinations, micro-chipped, and spayed or neutered, if age appropriate. If at the time of adoption, the kitten is too young to be spayed or neutered, an agreed upon time frame will be set for when this procedure is to be done. Spaying or neutering is not an optional procedure, it is required of all animals we rescue. The adoption fee for cats and kittens varies.
