Charlie is a very handsome cavalier fella. He is very affectionate and loves to be wherever his foster mom is. Charlie does have a grade III heart murmur but had an echocardiogram and it was determined that heart medications are not needed at this time. He will require chest radiographs and/or an echocardiogram every 6 months or so to keep an eye on things. Charlie does great with other dogs and is a very loving and social fella. ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS: Physically fenced in yard. Financially stable family willing and able to keep up with Charlie's cardio care.
