Meet Faith

We are an all-volunteer/foster home-based rescue. Fill out the form by clicking on the picture of the computer screen with our logo on it.  Faith is a very sweet girl. She is a recent breeder release that is just starting her journey to become a house pet and family member. She is doing well with her house training, she is working on walking on a harness and leash.She does require a fenced yard to keep her safe as she does not know the dangers of roads, cars and trucks and she does not know recall commands at this point.  Faith is 2 yrs old, she weighs 45 pounds, her adoption fee is $350 plus sales tax $15.75=$365.75 My adoption fee helps cover all of my vetting needs such as HW test, rabies, DHPPL, Bordetella, spay, dental if needed and microchipping.

Adoption Process
Usually we are contacted by a SD shelter about a dachshund that is not doing well (nipping etc.) and that they are going to be put down. We take them in get them vetted and then place them up for adoption after they have been evaluated. We also take calls from folks who have called their local shelter about there dachshund that may have started nipping at small children etc and are told the dog would be put down. We also take calls from other rescues about breeder dogs.
