Meet Chaser

We are a foster home based rescue. Please fill out the online adoption application by clicking on Adoption Info under the Navigation bar on the left side of the page.Hi! I'm Chaser. My owner moved and couldn't keep me so I came to DDR. I am a happy boy, I get along with all the foster dogs at my foster home, I love to play. I would love to chase the birds and rabbits so a fenced yard is a must for me. Can you be my furever home? I am Chaser, I am one year old, my adoption fee is $600 plus sales tax $27 =$627

Adoption Process
Usually we are contacted by a SD shelter about a dachshund that is not doing well (nipping etc.) and that they are going to be put down. We take them in get them vetted and then place them up for adoption after they have been evaluated. We also take calls from folks who have called their local shelter about there dachshund that may have started nipping at small children etc and are told the dog would be put down. We also take calls from other rescues about breeder dogs.
