Meet Tulip

From Tulip's AKA Heidi's foster mom:Heidi is a sweet and loving dog. When I first brought her home, I could see a deep sadness in her eyes, but we all worked on cheering Heidi up. She is shy, but will warm up to anyone nice who pets her and scratches her back.She loves her foster sister even though her foster sister is an energetic puppy, and she snuggles up to her and gives her kisses. When she sees her people or her foster siblings, her tail wags so fast!Heidi wants a loving home with someone who will give her lots of love and pet her frequently. She is so grateful for any kindness and will show you this with her eyes and her wiggles regularly. There is nothing but sweetness in this beautiful girl.She is still working on being housebroken. She was doing great if I let her out frequently, but she got off track when we had a few rainy days. She is still adjusting to the cold weather and didn’t want to go out in the rain.
