He is a sweet and smart boy who loves all humans (he eagerly greeted children at an event and could not get enough of their attention) and gets along well with the resident dogs in his foster home. He sleeps through the night in a kennel, is house trained, has a strong sense of smell, likes to chase squirrels and rabbits out of the yard, walks well on a leash and travels well in the car. We are waiting to hear his voice but so far, he hasn't said a peep with his voice but shows his emotions in his eyes! Chico loves to explore in the yard, do his business then chill out inside on a comfy bed. We don't know the beginning of his life story but we know it's a happily ever after from here on. Chico would love to find a fun, happy forever family for Christmas; best little present you don't have to wrap!    Approximate Birthdate:  Nov 2021 Adoption Fee: $200 TARA's adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, microchip, heartworm test (if age appropriate), heartworm and flea prevention, and deworming.  TARA's pets are all eligible for a TWO WEEK TRIAL. Adoption Process
Those interested in adopting must fill out an online application, we then schedule an initial meeting with them and the animal, followed by a home visit. An adoption contract is required and the adoption fees range from $65 to $250.
