Critter Cavalry Rescue

We are a group of dedicated rescue people who want to save as many dogs and cats from the local shelters before they are euthanized. On the average....there are only 1 out of 10 animals that get adopted from a shelter. We are dedicated to helping increase pet adoptions by offering a shelter animal a foster home to go to while awaiting an adoptive family to find them on our Petfinder website. Won't you please adopt a shelter animal? Or won't you please help us foster a shelter animal while we are looking for their perfect home? What a gift you can give a dog or cat by giving them a place to feel safe and secure....a forever home or a foster home. Won't you help us at Critter Cavalry give them a chance to have a life?

Meet GRANDMA LULU

Grandma LuLu is an eleven year old, very healthy, precious, senior black Labrador Retriever girl. Her owner had personal problems and surrendered this wonderful and gentle girl 6 months ago to a shelter.  Even though she is the senior at her foster home and with her pack of various ages and sized dogs, she loves to run and play in the horse pasture as everyone walks around the field together.  Grandma Lulu is great with cats, kids, farm animals, dogs and puppies. She is very housebroken when indoors but will countersurf when no one is looking.   That is a lot of fun for dogs who like a little sneaky challenge in life.  Like most Grandmas, LuLu is happiest when family (canine and human) gather round for treats or a good meal.  This way, she can enjoy the company of those who love her.  Grandma Lulu could probably use a summer high protein easy exercise programs this Summer but all in all you have to love every inch and every pound of this sweet soul.  If you are interested, please write to Critter Cavalry Rescue at [email protected] PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.
