Meet Lottie

Say hi to Lottie!Lottie(formerly known as Betsy) returned back to our rescue through no fault of her own and is now looking for her forever home again. This sweet mini schnauzer/dachshund mix is looking for a patient pet parent that will help her get over her traumatic past life and blossom into the happy go lucky girl she wants be. Lottie once was 1 of 40 dogs rescued from a field where she was forced to live by her wits and no human interaction. She has made tremendous progress adapting to living in a home.  Lottie now loves to be petted and will nudge your hand to get petted more! She follows her foster Mom from room to room.  Lottie enjoys playing with toys and has a collection that will go with her to her forever home.  She is 4 years old, house trained, leash and crate trained.  She happily sleeps in her crate with the door open for the entire night.Lottie would prefer a single female household and no children. Fun Fact: We had found out on Lottie previous visit with us that she is a natural swimmer! Are you the person of Lottie's dreams?  Fill out an application and make an appointment to meet.adoption fee: $200
