Meet Pepe

Hi, I'm Pepe! I’m cute right? I am. I also need your help. My momma passed and her daughter took me in. Nice lady. Big family. Lots of excitement. Not for me. I’m more of a laid back chilled dude. I do have my moments but don’t we all. I’m 9 and only weigh 13 lbs.    My foster momma is nice but I really want a family of my own.  The ideal family would be a somewhat quiet home where someone is home most of the time. I would love to have a 4 legged sister or brother (canine or feline) although it certainly isn’t required. I enjoy spending my days just hanging with my person…following him/her around all day I just spent the afternoon in my foster dad’s workshop today, helping him with a woodworking project. All the smells were cool but he kept telling me to watch out because my nose was in his way when he was trying to hammer and to put things together. But I know I really helped him a lot. His project turned out great!   I’m not high energy or demanding but I sure do love a daily walk My foster momma says I am great on leash and really smart.  I also love my crate. It’s my go to spot for sleeping during the night although I’d sleep on your bed at night if you really want me to.    If you are really patient with me, once I get comfortable with you I will start talking to you. It sounds like I’m growling but it’s really me telling you a story. If you talk back to me or scratch my ears and neck I’ll keep talking and talking. I have plenty to say!   If you’re seriously looking for a handsome, adorable, mature fur-son I’m that guy. I promise I won’t disappoint you. Ask my foster mom. She’ll tell you the whole truth. Please consider me. ❣️ A SPECIAL NOTE TO YOU:  Pepe’s foster mom would not recommend a home with young children or that has a lot of people coming and going because Pepe can get nervous if he is overstimulated. He also needs a little work on house training, although a nice little walk once or twice a day goes a long way toward helping him with that. He also seems to be pee pad trained.
