TERRY NEEDS A FOSTER OR FOREVER HOME!!!! Name:  Terry       Best Guess for Breed: Terrier mix Best Guess for Age:  2 years as of May 2023         SEX:  Female   Approximate Weight: 42 lbs   Gets Along With:   Other dogs! That chapter of her life is firmly closed and she's eagerly looking forward to starting her new one in the DC area with her very own humans! Shelter staff say she's people friendly, dog friendly, and walks on the leash. She's more than ready to go on long sniffy walks, romps in the park, and all the adventures you can dream up - and make new pup and people pals along the way! Most of all, though, she wants to know she's safe and loved and under her roof for all her days.  What do you say? What My Foster Says About Me:   We will update this once she has arrived in the DC area and spent some time with her foster. Lucky Dog cannot guarantee any dog is housebroken.  All of our dogs are working on their crate training.  TO ADOPT:      The adoption fee for this dog is $460, which includes the cost of routine vetting, including vaccinations and spay/neuter. Adoption Process
1. Complete Adoption Application 2. Phone interview, vet check and home visit. 3. Contract signed (requirements include keeping a pet ID on dog at all times, keeping the dog as a pet, spaying/neutering puppies by 6 monts of age, returning the pet to Lucky Dog in the adopter cannot take care of it at any point in the future, and providing adequate vet care for the rest of the dog's life.
