Adoption Process
Adoption Requirements: Drivers License Proof of Current Address (if not the same as your drivers license) Type of living arrangements: 1. Own your home (you will need the following) Mortgage Stub Printed Copy of Property Information from Department of Assessment & Tax Proof of current Rabies vaccination on all pets residing at residence For Anne Arundel County residents all cats and dogs residing at the residence must have current animal licenses 2. Renting a home or apartment (you will need the following) Rental Agreement and/or Lease Agreement and/or Landlord's phone number Proof of current Rabies vaccination on all pets residing at residence For Anne Arundel County residents all cats and dogs residing at the residence must have current animal licenses Adoption Fees:(payable by cash or check only) Preliminary Exam by Technician Spay/Neuter Surgery Distemper/Rabies Vaccinations Worming License (if applicable) Dogs Cats Female $56 Female $36 Male $41 Male $26
