Meet Stevie

Stevie is your holiday miracle.  She was found on the side of the road with a rusty chain dangling around her neck.  She was scared, severely emaciated, and had open wounds.  When two lovely people pulled over to help, Stevie literally jumped at her chance for a new life. Her exact age is unknown, but this sweet Pit Bull Terrier is probably between 4-6 years of age.   Despite her rough condition, Stevie made a full recovery and she loves humans, big and small.  She greets strangers with lots of kisses and wants to be with her people. Stevie is so smart, she understands basic commands and is motivated to learn more.   Stevie's dream day would be going for a long walk or hike, followed by a game of fetch with her favorite tennis ball.  Then she will dig through her basket of toys to find one she can unstuff.  When that job is done,  she will stare at her people with big soulful eyes until they give her ear scratches and snuggles.  Good luck resisting this sweet miracle pup.   This sweetheart is very loving and does great with small dogs and puppies.        Interested in adopting? Adoption Process
We work with owners to find fosters and adopters and put them in touch with each other and provide owner to foster contracts, owner to adopter contracts, and other forms necessary to help owners facilitate these processes.
