Meet DAPHNE
Name: Daphne Sex: Female Estimated Age: About 11 weeks old of 2/1 Best Guess for Breed: Shepherd Mix Weight: About 15 lbs Good With: Dogs, people, cats and kids - puppies are in their prime socialization period! Story: Daphne and her siblings came to us from a shelter in South Carolina. We are just not sure how they ended up in there! Daphne loves all people and gets along great with other dogs and puppies. She knows just how to get comfortable up on the couch with her humans, and will love to join you on walks and trots around the neighborhood. Daphne is just looking for someone to be her new best furend and we know that she will repay them with endless amounts of love and tail wags. As a puppy , Daphne will need an adopter who is committed to setting her up for success by enrolling in obedience training and exercising her both mentally and physically. She will also need love, patience, and socialization in order to thrive! What my foster says: Daphne can be a little timid with new people and in new situations, although she’s gaining confidence daily. She is very sweet and playful. Daphne is pretty much potty trained and walks decently on leash for a puppy and has been getting better each walk. She gets compliments all the time for her dazzling blue eyes! She’ll make a great furry family member! Color Match: ORANGE - Class Clown (Socially Motivated) Dog Personality — Will work for what they want, but are not as committed to pursuing their own agenda; these are considered moderate-persistence dogs. Adopter Personality — Interested in doing some training and can provide regular interaction and activity. If you think that Daphne might be your perfect match, apply today!
