Meet the sweet and beautiful Rossa! Rossa has been in PA for a week now, and we’ve learned so much about her in that time. When it comes to adding a dog to your family, this 30 lb., 8 month old lab mix checks all the boxes!  LOVES her doggy friends  No prey drive  Gentle with kids  House and crate trained  The best snuggler  Shy meeting new human friends, but opens up quickly  Enjoys spending her days playing with toys and being by you or your dog’s side  HW negative, UTD on vaccines and preventives  Very friendly and open to any new adventures that come her way! If you’re looking for a dog to add some love and happiness to your home, Rossa is your girl. She is excited and ready to meet her forever family! Until that time, she will be loving on her foster family in Wellsville, PA!   We are PA Caring for K-9's, an all-breed dog rescue that is solely run by volunteers. Most of our dogs are rescued from high kill shelters in the South. If the dog is posted, they are still available! Once arriving, these dogs enter foster homes, as we do not have a shelter. We cannot adopt out dogs to a home with dogs that are not fixed or up to date on shots. If interested in adopting, please submit an application online at www.pack9rescue.org. Our adoption fee for altered dogs is $350 and goes directly to saving the lives of more dogs.  Our adoption fee for unaltered puppies will be $400 which includes a refundable $50 deposit upon receipt of spay/neuter certificate. Saturday, March 18, 2023, PA Caring for K9’s will be at Just for Pets (3680 Bull Road York, PA) from 10am-1pm with some of our adoptable dogs! Please check our Facebook page closer to the event as we will update daily with dogs who will be attending. All are invited to meet our dogs, but only pre-approved adopters with all household humans and dogs present will be able to adopt at the event. Adoption Process
$350 for all pups that are spayed and neutered. We don't believe in juvenile altering so the adoption fee for any pup under four months is $400. One the adopted family had altered the pup they send in the certificate and are credited $50. Contract applies as well sat rental check, vet check and three non family references.
