Meet Ginger and Spot (BONDED PAIR)

Paws Crossed Dog Rescue serves the Eastern Panhandle of WV and nearby areas.  Please read ADOPTION INFO on the left side of our website to learn about our adoption application process.   Ginger & Spot come to us from southern WV.  Their owner could no longer care for them.  Spot is the black & white male, and he's a couple months older than Ginger, the red poodle.  They are both spayed/neutered.  Ginger generally has more energy than Spot.  He likes to lay around and cuddle in the bed all day.  Ginger would prefer someone's lap!  They both are fine in a crate, and will willingly go inside if they need a nap.  They are not completely house trained, but do use puppy pads.  They love to run off-leash, and will require a physical fence.  They both love to cuddle and give kisses!  We don't know how they'd be around cats. Adoption Process
We use an adoption application, do a judicial background check, personal references, and a home visit. We have an adoption contract. We do not adopt to anyone who will keep a dog outside. We pull dogs from high-kill, rural shelters and place them in foster homes. Once they are vetted and spay/neuter (as needed) has happened, their information will be placed on our website to begin accepting adoption applications.
