Meet Nova
The name Nova means new, which is a very apt name for this lovely lady who cannot wait to start her new life in her forever home! Nova is 1 year and 9 months old. She is a shepherd mix with a beautiful black and tan coat and the sweetest puppy dog eyes. At 82 lbs., she is considered a large pup.Nova was rescued by a partner shelter in Texas before making her way to Dog Star. Nova is a sweet girl who would be a great first dog! She enjoys the company of other pups and of her humans. Nova warms up quickly to other dogs and loves hanging out with kids too! We are not sure how she feels about cats. Overall, Nova has low energy levels. She is content to chill out with you, although she also enjoys some good play time!Nova is already house trained, and crate trained! It is important to remember that accidents can happen in new environments, so Nova will appreciate your patience as she figures out her new home.
