He is a year old and has a warm friendly heart. Big Dan weighs a solid 55 pounds. He is a medium sized dog and will likely gain a few more pounds in the upcoming months until he reaches is full grown weight. He is likely to become a sturdy lifelong companion. With his playful and calm demeanor, he exhibits balanced levels of active energy and warm cuddles.Big Dan is a social butterfly who gets along well with other dogs and has a gentle, kid-friendly demeanor, making him an excellent candidate for a family pet. His experience with cats is unknown, but with his sweet and loving personality and proper introductions, he will likely find a friend in cats as well. Since he is still young, his housetraining, leash manners, and crate training are still works in progress, but he is eager to learn and bond with his forever family, whether that is game night on the weekend or daily walks during the week. His medium energy level allows him to adapt to an active family or a more sedentary family. Adoption Process
Potential adopters must complete a comprehensive application, interview and home inspection. The final step in the process is explaination and completion of adoption contract. The adoption fee is $450 inclusive of all vetting and transportation charges.
