Meet Beatrice

The name Beatrice comes from a Latin phrase meaning ‘one who makes others happy,’ and we could not think of a better way to describe this stunning girl! Beatrice is a 1-year-old mixed breed beauty. She is fully grown at 40 pounds. Beatrice is looking for her forever home, where she can blossom into the perfect companion. Beatrice is a shy pup who needs a bit of time to warm up, but once she does, she is as loyal as they come. When she is comfortable, Beatrice has a medium energy level. She enjoys playing with other dogs and cuddling on the couch equally. Beatrice is good with other dogs and children. She would do best in a home that can give her the time and space to come out of her shell. She has not had the opportunity to meet a cat since coming into rescue.Beatrice is working on house, crate and leash training. She is a smart pup and will surely pick up these skills quickly with the patience and consistency of her new family. Adoption Process
Potential adopters must complete a comprehensive application, interview and home inspection. The final step in the process is explaination and completion of adoption contract. The adoption fee is $450 inclusive of all vetting and transportation charges.
