Meet Richard, a 4-month-old Terrier mix with a heart full of love and a playful spirit that is impossible to resist. This curious and affectionate pup currently weighs 34 lbs. and will continue to grow into his handsome frame. It is estimated that he will be a large dog of over 60 pounds when fully grown. With his soft grey coat and warm, expressive eyes, Richard is sure to turn heads wherever he goes.Richard strikes the perfect balance between playfulness and relaxation. His medium energy level means he is always up for an adventure, and romping around the backyard, exploring the neighborhood on walks, or making new friends at the dog park will help Richard to practice his leash walking skills. After a busy day, he knows how to settle down and savor quiet moments, curling up in his cozy bed or snuggling beside you on the couch. His friendly demeanor makes him a joy to be around, as he eagerly welcomes children and other dogs into his circle. His experience with cats, though, remains unknown.Still working on his house and crate training, Richard is a smart and eager learner who just needs a patient family to guide him along the way. With consistent support, he will soon master these important skills and become the perfect companion. Adoption Process
Potential adopters must complete a comprehensive application, interview and home inspection. The final step in the process is explaination and completion of adoption contract. The adoption fee is $450 inclusive of all vetting and transportation charges.
