Despite being abandoned when found, she has blossomed into a healthy, affectionate girl who just wants to be close to her humans.She is low-energy, enjoying long naps, short walks, and chewing on bones. She plays appropriately with other dogs but needs slow introductions. She has done well with her sibling Ross, resident dogs, and a visiting neighbor’s dog after a gradual adjustment. She has not met a cat but has done well around children, including grandchildren.Rachel walks great on a leash and is happy to lounge around with you all day. She follows her person closely, always wanting to be near. She’s house trained and sleeps through the night in her crate and has an easygoing daily routine of eating, relaxing, and taking a few walks.If you’re looking for a loyal, affectionate companion, Rachel is the perfect match!Please Note: All dogs are posted on our website until they are officially adopted. Adoption Process
Adoption process includes an application with 2 references required plus vet check, landlord permission if renting and home visit. Must sign an adoption contract. Fees are $450 for dogs under 4 and $400 for dogs 4 and older.
