Adoptable in: MA, RI, NH, CT, and VTGood with dogs: YesGood with cats: Unknown, likely yesGood with kids: Unknown, likely yesCrate trained: Mostly House Trained: Mostly Sister Belle K is a curious, playful young puppy with a silly and adventurous nature. She loves attention from her humans but is also content to entertain herself with squeaky toys, bones, and playing toss-the-blanket while crated. She’s a country girl who hasn’t been exposed to much city noise but adapts quickly to new situations.Sister Belle K has been fostered in a multi-dog home and enjoys the company of other dogs. She’s been fine around chickens in a coop, barking but not trying to get to them. While she hasn’t been tested with indoor cats, she would likely do well with a dog-savvy cat who can set boundaries. She does well with walks, though she’ll look to you for support as she adjusts to a new handler. Sister Belle K has been great with potty training, following a strict schedule. She goes outside immediately after being let out of her crate, and while she hasn’t had accidents in weeks, she knows to use pee pads if needed. With mid-level energy, Sister Belle K is relatively low maintenance for a puppy but can have bursts of energy when crated for a while. She’s easy to wear down with yard time or leash walks and is pretty laid-back for her age. She’ll make a wonderful addition to any home, especially with dog-savvy kids and other pets. Please Note: All dogs are posted on our website until they are officially adopted.
