Meet Rico

Meet Rico! Rico recently lost his owner in FL, and the family members are unable to keep him. GDHS is assisting our rescue partner there to help find him a home. He is an amazing dog who has been very well taken care of. Rico is a pure Sheltie who just turned 3. He is already neutered and fully vaccinated. He’s wonderful with other dogs, cats, and children. He would love a home where someone is around a lot during the day or has another dog for him to play with. His foster family in FL describes Rico as beyond perfect. He is fully house trained and does not require a crate. GDHS will arrange transport and cover the costs of bringing Rico to NH once an adopter is found.        

Adoption Process
Fees are: Puppies 0 - 6 months $495 Puppies 6 - 12 months $450 Adult dogs $395 Senior dogs 8 years and over $195 Adult cats $150 Kittens $195 or $250 for a pair Senior cats 8 years and over $95 Our adoption application is found and submitted through our website derryhumanesociety.com Once an application is submitted, it will be sent to an adoption counselor who will reach out to you if you may be a good match.
