His medium size makes him perfect for cuddles without taking over the couch. Steve has a low-to-medium energy level and a temperament that leans shy at first – but do not let that fool you. Once he trusts you, he is all heart, tail wags, and gentle affection.Steve is a social sweetheart who gets along beautifully with other dogs, cats, and children. He thrives in a calm environment where he can build confidence and long-lasting relationships with his family members and furry friends alike. He is currently working on his house training and leash training skills, but he is making progress every day. His crate training skills are in process but his easygoing nature and willingness to learn suggests that he will adjust in no time with the correct family. His ideal home would be one that offers stability, understanding, and a warm couch to curl up on –bonus points if there is another friendly dog, cat, or children, to show him the ropes. Adoption Process
Potential adopters must complete a comprehensive application, interview and home inspection. The final step in the process is explaination and completion of adoption contract. The adoption fee is $450 inclusive of all vetting and transportation charges.
