MEET HONCHO!Despite his short stature, this little guy quickly became known as the `Head Honcho` amongst his friends here at ARL! He is pint-sized at only 27lbs, but has tons of personality! Honcho came to us with a severe case of mange that was causing him alot of discomfort. After treatment by our vet team and some much needed time in a loving foster home, Honcho is looking 1000% better. He has even learned about the joys of wearing sweaters and sleeping by the space heater under a cozy blanket. This little guy can be playful and spunky, but he also doesn't mind taking a nap with you on the couch, especially when it's chilly outside. Honcho has never met a stranger but would probably do best in a home with adults and kids who are 10 and up! While he may enjoy having doggy friends outside the home, we think he would do best as the only dog in his new home. Honcho is currently up to date on all vaccinations, has been spayed/neutered, microchipped and seen by our vet team.For more information on Honcho or any other animal currently residing at the Animal Rescue League of Boston, please call us at 617-426-9170.
