Meet VIOLET

MY ADOPTION FEE WILL BE WAIVED DURING THE BIG DOG ENERGY ADOPTION EVENT FROM APRIL 21 - 27 !!! Meet Violet! This sweet girl has the most beautiful eyes and a gentle soul. She is ready to settle in and become a wonderful companion. Violet is looking for a calm environment with an adopter who will continue to support her learning and respond to her needs. She thrives with positive reinforcement and would benefit from a thoughtful training plan. When it comes to other dogs, Violet can be selective. She would do best with a few carefully chosen dog friends and could live with a well-matched canine companion. As for cats, she might do well with a dog-savvy cat, given thoughtful introductions and plenty of space at first. Violet does not have experience living with kids, but she could do well with children who are able to participate in her training and respect her boundaries. If you are looking for a sweet, sensitive pup who is ready to blossom, Violet could be the perfect match for you! If you think this dog could be a good match for your home and would like to learn more, stop by our Boston Adoption Center. We have open adoption hours Tuesday-Sunday from 12pm-3pm no appointment needed to speak to a staff person regarding available dogs. Preparing your home for your new dog or puppy ahead of time can help ease the transition for your new pet and set you both up for success should there be a dog thats a good match! To learn more about how to make the first few weeks with your new dog or puppy the most successful it can be, please visit www.mspca.org/petresources. For more information on our adoption process, please visit https://www.mspca.org/adoption-centers/how-to-adopt/ Please note, in an effort to keep the stress levels reduced for the dogs in our care, our dog kennel areas will not be open to walk through. Interested adopters will work with a matchmaker on staff to determine which dog(s) theyre interested in - and if we can identify a match, potential adopters will be able to meet those dogs outside of the kennel. Cat and small animal areas will remain open to walk through.
