Meet Kiwi

Meet Kiwi! A gentle four-year-old American Pitbull Terrier from Southampton, PA, whose essence is quiet devotion wrapped in a stunning blue and fawn brindle coat, kissed with snowy white accents. Kiwi’s journey hasn’t been an easy one—after being left to navigate the streets of Philadelphia on her own she was rescued, and since then this sweet girl has been patiently waiting for a new loving home. Kiwi is the kind of dog who melts into your side after just a few minutes of gentle affection. She’s a calm, low-energy companion who prefers slow mornings, soft words, and a consistent routine. While she may not bounce off the walls with energy, her heart beats big—especially for the humans in her life. Kiwi thrives on closeness and would love nothing more than to be someone’s loyal shadow! This lovely girl is fully house-trained, spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped, with no known health concerns. Her favorite activity? Chewing into a good ol’ Kong toy—those chewy challenges keep her mind content and her tail slowly wagging! She knows a couple of polite commands like “Sit” and “Gentle,” and she responds best in a calm, nurturing environment. She's currently on a steady routine of three meals a day and enjoys several short walks—perfect for her mellow pace and curious nose. Kiwi is looking for a peaceful, patient family who is meticulous about her well-being and ready to shower her with love. Her sweet, loving nature will blossom in a home that offers her stability and plenty of TLC! Because Kiwi didn’t get along with another dog in her previous living situation, she would do best as the only dog in the home—at least to start. Her interactions with other dogs and cats haven’t been fully explored, so a cautious, slow introduction would be key. There’s no history of aggression, and she’s proven herself to be wonderfully loving with people and easygoing when left alone in a quiet space. If you’ve been searching for a loyal best friend who will quietly fill your days with soft tail wags, soulful gazes, and the kind of love that only a grateful heart can give, Kiwi just might be your girl!
