Meet Quincy
Quincy was recently returned to our care through no fault of her own. She is currently about 45lbs.Dec 2024:Quincy is adorable, playful, and energetic. She finds fun and mischief at every opportunity. She will love you and drive you crazy in the same heartbeat! She's working on potty training and crate training. She eats like she's going to die of starvation. She takes treats like a piranha. She is a very energetic girl who needs a lot of exercise before she's ready to settle down for sweet snuggles! She loves other dogs (maybe a little more than they love her!) and loves to play. She does ok on a leash and absolutely loves car rides. She's friendly to everyone she meets!Quincy needs some work on her manners--she likes to jump and is responsive to corrections but forgets quickly, like any excited puppy. She's going to be amazing dog for someone with the time and energy for training, and exercise! She would make a great running buddy.Sept 2024: Quincy is the sweetest puppy. She is the most reserved and snuggly of her siblings. She loves to bury her head under your arm and will climb into your lap for belly rubs every chance she gets! She was so well behaved for bath time - even lifted her paw up for her foster mom to wash it! is up to date on vaccinations and is spayed or neutered. (puppies under the age of 6 months may not be sterilized prior to adoption, if this is the case your adoption coordinator will discuss the process with you).To adopt or learn more about: , you must fill out an adoption application. It is most likely that both their parents were strays and mixes of some sort.If you are interested in this dog, you MUST submit an application. Sandy Paws Rescue does not a have a public shelter in Mass, so there is no building you can visit without an appointment. Our dogs live in private foster homes or boarding kennels down south until adopted, and foster care homes through out MV, Cape Cod and other parts of MA.
