Meet Ranger

Imagine being a young, stray pooch who suddenly has a close encounter with a Buick. Thankfully, our boy Ranger is fine with just a bit of road rash to show for his adventure. He is a charming, 10-month-old Plott Hound mix with a short brindle and white coat. He currently weighs 31 pounds and is expected to a medium sized guy (under 60 pounds) when fully grown.Ranger is a sweet, easy-going, medium energy pup. He is great with children and other dogs. His behavior around cats is unknown. His house, crate and lead training are underway. Ranger is ready for a home where he can play, snooze, explore, romp and impress you. That home needs to be one where there is an ongoing commitment to training, exercise and socialization. And lots and lots of affection! Are you willing to give Ranger the storybook life he deserves? They adjust much better when their owners are committed to providing consistency and stability.The adoption fee for Ranger is $500. That includes the cost of spaying/neutering, up to date vaccinations, foster care, rescue, and transport fees. Adoption Process
Potential adopters must complete a comprehensive application, interview and home inspection. The final step in the process is explaination and completion of adoption contract. The adoption fee is $450 inclusive of all vetting and transportation charges.
