She is a spunky young puppy but is the most loyal companion you will ever wish for. She loves to follow her human everywhere and will find a bath mat or floor to lie on to be nearby. She is incredibly responsive to training and learning more and more every day. She sits well and is learning other commands like no and off.Penelope is excellent with dogs of all sizes as she has been fostered with dogs from 10 pounds to 85 pounds. She is submissive to the older dogs and fits right into the pack. While she has not met a cat, we suspect she might do well with dog-savvy cats given her gentle demeanor. She is so loving with kids and would love to have an active family of her own.Penelope’s house training has improved with time. While she’s not 100% housebroken just yet, and might have an accident or two early on in a new environment, she learns the routine quickly. She just needs a little more time for consistency! Adoption Process
Adoption process includes an application with 2 references required plus vet check, landlord permission if renting and home visit. Must sign an adoption contract. Fees are $450 for dogs under 4 and $400 for dogs 4 and older.
