Meet Woody

About Woody ADOPTION ALERT! Meet Woody, a 3-year-old neutered American Blue Heeler looking for a loving and patient forever home!  Lonely Heart Club Member! "Swick Home Services " will PAY FOR ANY "Lonely Heart Club Members" adoption fee! Their adoption is Free! Woody has had a tumultuous past, which has made him a little shy and cautious. But once you earn his trust, he will give you loyalty like no other! He would thrive best in a home with kids aged 16+ and respectful dogs (a meet and greet is required). As for our feline friends, his compatibility is unknown. When first meeting Woody, he can be somewhat nervous but eventually may come up to say hi and even enjoy some delicious Easy Cheese! However, due to his past, he can be sensitive to paw touches and rough body handling. He needs an understanding family who will be patient and not push him too hard. But once Woody opens up, he can be a playful goofball! Woody loves to zoom around in the play yard, and can be quite the boss when it comes to treat time! At UPAWS, we can't get enough of him! Woody is looking for a patient family who understands his need for trust and support. With your love, he'll blossom into the happiest, silliest pup ever! We highly recommend multiple meets with Woody to help build trust and ensure a perfect match! If you think you could be the family Woody's been dreaming of, come visit him at our shelter, or head to our website to learn more! Let's help Woody find his happily ever after!
