However, she thrives in a quiet environment, where she can slowly adjust to her new surroundings. Given her shyness, we recommend that her new home is calm and peaceful, with no young children. We suggest children aged 16 and up, as they will be better equipped to respect her space and give her the time she needs to feel comfortable.This lovely girl would benefit from an adopter who is familiar with the needs of the Border Collie breed, as she will need consistent training, socialization, and plenty of patience.
