Meet Rooney

Meet Rooney! Rooney is a happy, fun-loving pup who adores being with his people and soaking up all the cuddles he can get! Friendly and playful, he makes friends with everyone he meets, both humans and canines. This adventurous boy has a gentle disposition and is incredibly patient, even with the most energetic puppies. He’s currently being fostered with a playful 11-week-old pup and handles her sharp baby teeth like a true gentleman. Rooney is:✔ Great with other dogs, including puppies✔ Wonderful with children✔ Crate trained✔ A great car passenger✔ A fan of belly rubsRooney does have a cataract in one eye but doesn't let it slow him down!  If you're looking for a loving, well-mannered companion who’s always up for fun and snuggles, Rooney might be your perfect match! Adoption Process
Adoption process includes completing an application, having personal references checked, vet checks and home visit by one of our volunteers. Your application and backup information is then presented to the Board/Committee for review. Once your application has been approved, you may then schedule a meeting with the dog(s) in which you are interested. The foster home has the final approval on the adoption of his or her dog.
