HII! I'm Otto, I'm 9 years old and I am deaf! I am one cool dude that pretty much does my own thing! I love scratches, and I love to curl up on my blanket! I always greet you with a tail wag and I just love my routine! I do not mind other dogs, but I would rather not deal with a hyper dog in my old age if you know what I mean.
