Meet Fern

Sweet Fern is seeking a forever home with a canine companion or canine companions, as she thrives with their guidance. In her current foster home, she's excelling in potty training, relishing comfortable furniture, and receiving ample human affection. Foster mom Lisa praises her as easygoing, affectionate, calm, and gentle. Someone is going to very lucky to adopt this girl, she has stolen the hearts of many here at Headin’ Home!  We have performed senior bloodwork on Fern which had no clinically significant findings. She has no heart murmur at this time. We just cleaned her teeth and she needed some teeth pulled. Her heartworm and tick disease test was negative and her fecal test was negative!  An approved adoption application is required. The $225 adoption fee (payable by cash or check only) includes spay/neuter; senior bloodwork testing, microchip; dental teeth cleaning (if needed prior to adoption); vaccinations; heartworm and tick disease testing; fecal w/ giardia testing, monthly heartworm and flea and tick prevention . Dogs for adoption may be seen by appointment only following an approved application. Proof of completion of an obedience class is required for all dogs following adoption. Please note: while we welcome out of state applications, we do not ship our animals and require adopters to come to Holland to finalize any adoption.
