Meet Panda
Meet Panda! Panda was transferred to CCRC from animal control after being saved from a neglectful situation, living in a garage with other dogs. She is approximately a year old and 15 lbs. Panda is small but mighty! When you first meet her she is shy and what you may perceive as polite. She may be cute and you have the urge to put her in your pocket, but she prefers not to be held. Panda isn’t much for cuddling… she likes to live her life on the wild side. Exploring, chewing (we’re still learning what is appropriate) barking, chasing dog friends and play Play PLAY! Panda is still learning about living inside a home, where to go potty, and what dog appropriate things she is allowed to play with. Her ideal home is with someone that is active and ready to explore the world, but also someone with patience that is ready for all of the puppy shenanigans. Panda gets along with other dogs. She is in a foster home with a young child, but can get pretty nippy when riled up. She is learning basic obedience at Teacher’s Pet in Oxford while waiting for her forever home.
