Meet Charity Rose

Charity Charity is a White and Tan Boxer mix. She was found as a stray. The vet estimates that she is about Ten (10) years old. She weighs 70 pounds. She is a very gentle, smart, loyal and loving dog. She likes people! Both men and women and will happily snuggle even if you just met! She doesn’t seem to mind other dogs. We have not seen how she is with cats or young children. She is house trained and knows the command to sit, lay down, stay and shake hands. She is not a barker. She is spayed, chipped and all her shots are up to date. She adapts quickly and will settle into a routine keeping herself occupied while inside the house. When she is walked, she will not run or pull you. She will go at a quick walking pace if you like or just stay with you. She is a big dog with a big heart who will love you unconditionally. The best fit for Charity is a home with a stable environment, a yard to play and someone who is looking for a more mature calmer dog as a great companion. We show most of our adoptable pets at PetSmart, Utica, each Saturday from 11 to 3. If you are interested in a particular pet, we suggest you email: [email protected] to see if that pet will be there. Applications are approved on the basis of the best and most appropriate home for the animal, not on a first come, first served basis. On site adoption available to pre-approved applicants only. Adoption Fees - Senior : 9 years & up $100-$250 (Price depends on individual circumstances) - Adult : 3 years to 8 years $325 - Young adult : 6 months to 2 years $350 - Puppy : 6 weeks to 6 months $375 -Kittens/cats $100 Adoption fees go towards vaccines, heartworm prevention/testing, flea/tick prevention, spay/neuter and other medical problems that may arise. Adoption Process
Adoption contract, vet check, home visit, adoption fee paid after 2 week trial adoption. Fees are based on age of pet.
