Meet Rocky fna Brisket - Located in NM
Looking for a new best pal for you and your dog(s)? Rocky could be your perfect choice! This handsome, chill guy absolutely loves playing with other dogs and is even friendly with cats! He also has a solid down switch, and enjoys chewing on a favorite bone or just cozying up on his favorite dog bed. He is still a bit wary of new people, but it doesn’t take him long to lick their hand and approach them.Rocky is a total love-bug, and frequently comes running for pets and caresses. He adores being cuddled and just hanging out close to his foster parent. Outside, when not playing with his foster's dog, he loves playing tug with his foster mom or is on the sniff, searching out mice or interesting scents in the ground. He may be a good candidate for scent work!Rocky is fantastic with kids; he just adores them! He is gentle and affectionate with his humans of all sizes. He is very easy to handle, gentle and obedient, showing the benefits of the professional training he has received. He loves to go on walks and even just hang outside, gently watching the world go by. Rocky's ideal placement would include having another playful dog in the household or with an active person or family who like to walk/hike frequently. Rocky is house-broken and crate trained. He is not destructive in the house and enjoys a variety of toys. Ready for a dog with the perfect blend of intelligence and affectionate nature? Rocky may be your perfect pup!To apply to adopt, please fill out the application by clicking on the Adopt button! ***********************************************We are an official 501c3 organization that does not have a physical location.
