Meet Nox
This 4-month-old Shepherd mix puppy is an irresistible little adventurer! Currently weighing 17 pounds, Nox loves to play and explore, always keeping up with his foster sisters and delighting in his crinkle ducky toy. While he’s still new to training, Nox is proving to be a quick learner. He’s already mastered sitting and staying before meals, and he’s a superstar sleeper in his crate, staying quiet and content until morning. Though Nox had never been introduced to potty training until recently, he’s made remarkable progress. Over the past ten days, he’s been using potty pads regularly, and he’s ready to transition to outdoor potty breaks with warmer weather on the way.Nox hasn’t met cats or children yet, but he is naturally curious and respectful so he will do well with supervised interactions. He has a big bark for such a small pup, and he’s learning to manage his excitement when he sees neighbors through the fence. Because he's still learning, a tolerant resident dog will be very helpful in his future home to help him navigate puppy boundaries and teach him the ropes. He has plenty of puppy energy to keep you entertained! Nox gets so excited for treats that he will “chatter” his teeth in excitement. He will need a slow feeder to help him eat slowly and digest his food. When it comes to play time, a fenced yard would be recommended to help him with his wiggles, but not required. If you’re ready to open your heart to a puppy who’s defied the odds, Nox is waiting to meet you!If you are interested in this dog, fill out an application at this link to get the ball rolling - https://pethavenmn.org/adopt/adoptable-dogs/dog-adoption-application/The adoption fee is $550.
