Meet Winnie Foster Needed!
Meet puppy Winnie! Winnie is a sweet 9-month-old Doberman mix puppy who has faced more challenges in her short life than any dog should. Despite being bounced around and never receiving proper vet care, Winnie's spirit remains bright and full of love. Thanks to UDR, Winnie will get the vet care she deserves, and we are determined to help her turn her life around. Winnie is already crate-trained and house-trained, making her a great companion for any family. She loves car rides and does wonderfully with young children, showing her gentle and playful nature. Winnie is ready to leave her difficult past behind and find a forever home where she will be cherished as a loved and valued family member. She will be a loyal companion to her people but we are recommending no other pets in the home as she would like to be the queen of her castle. If you’re looking for a loyal and loving pup to complete your family, Winnie is waiting for you!
Adoption Process
Applicants must submit an adoption application, followed by background and reference checks, and finally a home visit to be completed by a qualified volunteer. A home visit report is submitted to the Board of Directors for review. If approved, the applicant is allowed to meet available dogs in our care. If the applicant decides to adopt, a detailed contract must be executed together with an adoption donation ranging from $250 to $500.
