Meet Denver

Meet Denver! He is believed to be and adult Shar pei/ lab mix. Denver is as sweet as can be with kids and adults, but is looking to be a solo dog. Denver is a victim of a terrible past full of physical and emotional hurt. A past that included pain and fighting. Thankfully that won’t happen anymore. He was rescued and brought into a shelter where he was given care to help him heal. He was given the love he so deserved. Denver was often overlooked because of his scars, and was in a shelter for well over a year. This sweet boy has come a long way and is ready to find his forever home. No cats please, a recent trial period has confirmed this. He walks very well on leash and will be beyond happy to snuggle up with you. He does good in a crate and also would do fine alone with a cozy set up. He walks very well on leash, loves to play and has spurts of energy where he gets the zoomies. This sweet soul is very deserving of a family! He deserves a chance at a better life.
