Meet Buzz

Meet Buzz,  Buzz is an owner surrender.  He came to MARS as a puppy orginally.  he is 10 months old and is very shy.  He needs a home with another dog who can teach him that people are ok, and he doesn't need to run away from them.  He does really well with other dogs, but needs a dog who is close in size as he doesn't realize how big he is with small dogs and can be a bit overwhelming to them. He is learning to dog in his foster home very well and we want to continue that momentum in a home with dogs more his size.  We do not know how he is with cats.  He is fearful (will run away) of children who are quick to approach him and want to hug him, as he is unsure as to why. He just needs to have a consitant routine, boundaries and training and he will be a great companion to any home. We are looking for a Shepherd Savvy home just because of his needs.
