Meet Mila - SPONSOR ME!!
Don't let her age or that gray muzzle fool you... this girl is absolutely full of sass and wiggles! Mila was surrendered to a central Illinois shelter. She is said to be spayed and she is up to date on most of her routine vetting. We will get her into the vet to get all checked over and get whatever else done that she needs. Mila seems to be housebroken and she has no problem crating up. She tested well with other dogs and seemed indifferent to the cats there but she is struggling a little bit with both in her temporary foster home. They are going to continue to work on things but we would like to get Mila into a foster or adoptive home soon with no cats and potentially with no other dogs.UPDATE 1/9: Mila saw the vet to get all checked over and a few routine things taken care of and she did GREAT, even while getting her nails done :) And they did confirm a spay scar...YAY!!! Mila is still struggling with the cats in her current foster home and also the senior small dog there, as well. We would like to place Mila in home with no cats and no other dogs to keep everyone safe and happy.UPDATE 2/5: Mila arrived at her Minnesota foster home last evening and is loving her new digs. She is an only dog and is seriously enjoying it!!! Please check back in for more updates and pictures of our beautiful girl.UPDATE 3/15/24...IT'S OFFICIAL!! Mila will be staying in her current foster home as a forever foster!!
