Meet Mabel *Arriving 4/12*

  Mabel is from Texas.  She was found there after being dumped with her sister.  They were both in pretty good shape, just a little underweight and wormy, but now that they have  received  all age appropriate veterinary cary and proper nutrition, they're ready to find homes of their very own here in Minnesota!   Mabel is a  sweet  girl who  hasn't  found anyone she  hasn't  wanted to snuggle right up with!  She is crate trained, but still working on it, so bribing with a few treats might go a long way.  Mabel is not yet potty trained, but what young pup is?  potty training puppies is all about consistency.  puppies run on a schedule that looks like this.. sleep, eat, play, poop & repeat.  when your pup gets up in the morning, get them  outside  RIGHT AWAY, they'll most likely go potty but not poop until after they eat breakfast and  everything  settles down, so another potty break 20-30 minutes after they eat.  No monkey business this time.. lol.  do not play with them until after they poop.  puppies have notoriously short attention spans.     Mabel is a sweet pup wthat's looking for an active family that just wants to make her part of their active lifestyle.  if you think you fit the bill,  please  fill out an adoption application today!  she can't wait to meet you!     They arrive in Minnesota on 04/12/2025 and will need to be picked up from the Ruff Start Rescue office in Princeton, MN between the hours of 9am and noon. Please plan for their arrival accordingly as we cannot accommodate pickups outside of this time frame.  Since they haven’t arrived yet, they are available exclusively through Ruff Start’s Foster to Adopt (FTA) Program. Ruff Start’s veterinary suite is located in Princeton, MN, and, as the foster, you will be required to transport your dog to and from these vetting appointments.
